Things were still being figured out, but so far Anja was pretty sure things would turn out nicely. Her, Ariella, Mitchell and Darien were all liking how it felt in LA versus especially Maine. Which was why Anja was going to build a pack here. Månens Hjerte Pack Norwegian for Heart of the Moon and she could only hope to be as strong and good as her parents. But they had taught the pink haired beauty alot in her time, she was as confident, strong, intelligent as them and still continued to learn each day something new.
But today she was spending a little time at the park, Griffith Park along with her friends. Not that she were required to, it was their choice and hearing that was where she was going they decided to come.
As she strolled along the sidewalk, her bright pink hair was blowing gently in the breeze, as those sapphire eyes gazed out around. Admiring and taking in everything around and found she liked the looks of this park, it was large, beautiful and unique. It was calling to her in more than one way to explore which she whole-heartedly planned to. Briefly glancing off to see the three joking around out in the grass and couldn't help smiling to herself as they seemed to relaxed there together. Let them have their fun, she wanted to just enjoy a little of the park to herself and no doubt Darien would come to find her later either cooking dinner, or offering to make it for them all.
The black heels of her boots clicked softly along the concrete, the dark-washed jeans hugged to her small 5'3" frame like a glove accenting the curves of her body. Her top, well that didn't seema a surprise. It was a hot pink and black corset inspired top that laced in the back and fell off her shoulders. Exhaling softly before brushing hair out of her face inhaling deeply before just letting her eyes close a moment.

One of the better places to set up the food trucks for some strange reason always seemed to be the most difficult places to set up. Namely places like Griffith as the cost of permits was high enough it insured you had to set up there to recoup losses. As such he tended to take Griffith. The gangs weren't horrible but they were not always nice or easy and it was better him than any of his drivers or cooks. So he spent the morning setting up and opening the awning. The crowds were hot and heavy then as sparse as if he were a sand salesman in the desert. As such he was leaning against the back of the truck when he sensed not just the usual blip of one or maybe two lycanthropes near at hand. Four. Four really that was a gang by legal definition so he was braced for the worst.

Despite being out and about, Anja was careful in a new location even when enjoying herself. The shields were locked up because she hated unnecessary crap when it wasn't needed. The other three were still out in the grass joking about as she sensed their joy and amusement and shook her head with that smile of hers gracing those lips. It was only a little ways along the walk that she caught a couple of scents. Food the other being another lycanthrope and she was curious how this might go. But if she wanted her pack to be well established, alliances were always good. Moving in the direction she could sense the other, but kept herself locked up, not at all trying to be of a threat. No right now she was more curious who it was she was coming upon and if this would go good. Or head south instead.

He watched the coming alpha level wolf a smirk on his face. She felt like Ren more powerful than they let on and yet far more... He couldn’t place it. He just knew that if they were to have switched roles over the years that things for both would probably been far happier for both.
“Well ain’t you bright as de rainbow ma petite loup”

Of course, some of her power would leak out there was no way around that. So as she drew closer Anja was also able to figure out just who she'd come across and it had been awhile. Nest were rare in Norway, but the states she'd run across one or two snakes, but never a group of them. So it would be interesting if there was an actually nest here or just a few snakes. Smirking a little at his words before she, playfully flipped her hair and giggled. "Why thank you, I do love my hair, the food smells delicious. I hadn't been hungry before, but I do believe now I could munch." Smiling softly as she paused just a few feet from him.
"I'm Anja Soraya Freyr, Ulfreya of the Månens Hjerte Pack, to whom do I have the pleasure of meeting?" Her hand reaching forward to shake hands with the gentleman. Pushing out a little to see how her three wolves were doing and could find them still out in the grass and mentally shook her head. But let them have their fun.

"Remy Kashyapa de l'âme d'Orléans and you’ve come to the right place for a bite and taste of something special.” He said shaking her hand. Quick glance about insuring no was within earshot as he climbed back into he truck washing his hands so he could whip something up. “Didn’t know we had a pack out this way. Where ya riginally from?” Waving his interrupting himself he asked, “But first what ya in the mood for, light and easy, fat and greasy or a combo of the two with a little something somethin to boot?” He’d managed to get together a menu that even picky Angelenos could rally behind and gourmandize to their hearts content. It wasn’t easy as most of the classic fare was a fusion of French methods and local ingredients. It was what made true Lousianan food so good as well as so ready to take most folks out. Course there was nothing like going with a smile.

Shaking his hand she continued to smile, giving a light bow of her head and chuckled some as he just hoped back into the truck like a flash. "First time finding an actual Nest as well. Umm well if its Norwegian, Seafood, Steak well I might be your best customer ever. But go ahead and surprise me." Pausing she thought about his first questions and mentally shrugged a little. "Your fine asking I'm from Norway actually, those with me I met in Maine they needed someone and I stepped up. But Maine wasn't for us so we came to the Bay Area and were in San Francisco and eventually here." Shrugging some a little softly, watching him briefly as he worked and waited letting him do his job as she took in the park a bit more for a moment.

"Looks like I might disappoint on the Norwegian victuals but I swear by all days good you ain't never had a bite as tasty as this." He immediately shifted gear into cooking mode.
Whipping together a remoulade shrimp and crawdaddy muffeletta with side of his puppies drizzled in his signature spicy butter sauce. Four minutes start to finish he sat a boat in the window for her.
"Alright noe feast your taste buds on dis and let me know how much ya love it." Washing his hands again for the sixth time he fried them and hopped from the truck quick as you please. "Yeah, we moved around a bit too lately. The high muckety muck wanna be king snake started some ruckus so we out here now. Ain't dat many of us but we got the Masters and the Prides assistance so to speak."
He didn't volunteer much more than that as the landscape had changed alot and even as he was still cooking he and Lord had several irons in the fire. The man was definitely bent towards conquest. If not for baby D he was sure they'd have had a few fallings out so far.
God he lived that girl she was family enough to keep from missing home all day everyday.

"No worries I've been eating other things in my travels and all. But Norwegian is still my favorite, though I'm sure what your cooking will be awesome." Licking her lips some letting him work, but now talking about food did have her being a little more hungry than she first thought. Before he finally put the tray in the window and she smiled, taking the tray from the window. "Alright it certainly smells awesome." Taking a seat on one of the benches, she went to grab a bite and the flavors alone were amazing and she couldn't help licking her lips a moment after. Looking as he came back out and spoke, nodding her head some softly. "Sounds like you all were having loads of fun." Knowing he catch the sarcasm. "These are great the seasoning alone is fantastic."
Finishing up the main piece she went to tear a piece of the puppies as well and looked back over at him once more. "So since I'm gonna have my pack here what do I need to know about our new home?"

"Glad you approve. Glad you like it more. " He smirked a little at her being so direct. It was a good thing. The Nest was small but had a decent amount of allies and support. No thanks to his occasional problematic decisions. Rubbing at the five o’clock shadow on his chin he looked towards the park proper deciding what he would share and what he would let her make up her mind on.
"Well, lets see. Cliffnotes version of the times…" Moving to the bench with her he sat across from her. Getting settled glancing at his phone for the time.
"Official Master of the City is the Mayor. The Lions run the best club amongst other things. The Nest well we just out here. The Biker gangs run up and down the valley. Stay away from them if you can help it worse than kicking a hornets nest. The Fae run Hollywood and Food trucks are where to get the best food."

"Hey I give credit where credit is due and you most certainly deserve it. I'll have to come by more often that is for sure." Still enjoying what he'd given her and not at all minding Louisiana spices they were good and now she kind of wanted to check out that state. But maybe in the future. She at least could enjoy some good food. Popping the last bit of the puppies into her mouth before that tongue darted out, the ring piercing it glimmering a little. Looking over as he joined her and processed to give the cliff notes of the city so far. Brushing off her hands she sat quietly listening, just the faint nodding of her head was seen for the moment.
"A club, well I most certainly will enjoy that. Happen to know of any tattoo shops around otherwise I might just have to create one of my own. But I curious this biker gang what are they all about?" Her voice if he noticed had slipped lower, having picked up on his glancing around before he spoke, so she was going to be cautious as well. Not at all surprised by the Master being Mayor or the Fae running Hollywood a light breath slipping free. She'd have to get in touch with her agent on the modeling, but if the there wasn't a shop about she was most certainly gonna be changing that. "Does the Next claim this park?" The pack was gonna need territory so she had to find a good location.

"Don’t work that way claiming territory is solely at the Masters favor. And he never gives without getting. Best places for what you’re looking for communing with nature spirits being able to run and hunt is either out on the steppes and in the valley. Non-owned land and places that might open up to that sort of stuff." He stood stretched and twisted his back some. Looking at the sky he knew it was going to rain he could taste it on the wind. One f the things he didn’t miss was being surprised by the weather.
"You might wanna get your folks out of the air gonna rain in the next few hours. Nothin heavy but still gonna make a fish dance." He chuckled at the notion same as he always did at the turn of that phrase. Nan started it and he couldn’t let it go.
"Yeah veritas is in the book look it up. Long as its not a big party night getting in is not a problem?"

Hearing that claiming territory was solely the Masters favor had her raising a brow to that and inhaling some. Now that was a first. So the groups had to all be in good with this Master to gain anything that already wasn't settling to well with her. Since when did the Master get involved mayor or not in lycanthrope issues of territory? That certainly was something to look into, later on and she was going to. Merely nodding some as he was explaining about possible locations, her mind thinking already over all the various ideas and such. Watching him and had already sensed the rain coming and merely smiled in reply to his words before glancing back out over the park.
"Their already heading for me and the rain has never bothered any of us, fun to run in for sure." Smiling a little more a she confirmed Veritas and she nodded her head already planning to check it out soon. Exhaling just as she felt the three approaching, still very much teasing each other and laughing which only had her smiling to herself before she turned in the direction they were coming from.
