Veritas The name means truth the mission is the absence of it. It is a newer on the scene LA hotspot that has already attracted some of the hottest more elite of Hollywoods glitz and glam. The whole experience inside is supposed to be a show including burlesque cage dancers and pounding hip hop from the DJ booth, to dancing guests themselves - many of whom prefer to strip down to their undergarments. This is the place to escape reality and live the fantasy to be taken by the spectacle. Its fans are growing and its saturation and effect on the nightclub scene in LA is undisputed. Månegudinnen Månegudinnen ~ By the looks of her, Anja Freyr does not fit the image of your typical hardcore, chopper-riding tattooer. After a childhood spent drawing and reading by candle light in the back woods of Norway and Maine, Ms. Freyr decided she wanted to look like a '50s movie star and become an artist. She bought some cheap tattoo equipment, and after a few practice tattoos on herself and some brave buddies, she made the move to Hollywood. Far too years of training later, after building a name for herself, she opened a brick & mortar, full-service tattoo shop in West Hollywood.
